Wallexappliances is a brand owned and operated by Makkars Marketing Private Limited. We are committed to ensuring that all our products are delivered safely, securely, and in good condition to customers across India. To achieve this, we partner with reliable third-party logistics and courier service providers who specialize in timely and efficient deliveries.

We endeavour to deliver orders to all serviceable regions within the territory of India. The estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and logistical factors. For local orders, the estimated delivery time is typically 2–3 working days. For outstation orders, delivery may take approximately 3–7 working days. Orders being shipped to North India may take 5–9 working days to reach their destination. These timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Any orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been successfully dispatched, you may receive an email notification containing the tracking number and the name of the courier company handling your shipment. In most cases, tracking information becomes available within 24 hours of dispatch. However, there may be instances where tracking updates are delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as technical issues with logistics partners, adverse weather conditions, strikes, lockouts, server disruptions, or other force majeure events.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and courier charges may vary based on factors such as the delivery location, order size, and applicable logistics costs. These charges are subject to change from time to time and will be clearly displayed to the customer on the website and/or mobile application before the order is placed. Shipping charges may differ for local, regional or national deliveries, where applicable. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the geographic location at the time of ordering.
